Peter R. Greene, Managing Partner at Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP, has been inducted into the Bertha Wilson Honour Society at the Schulich School of Law.
The Bertha Wilson Honour Society recognizes extraordinary alumni for their exceptional contributions to the legal profession, business and industry, their communities, charitable organizations, and society as a whole. The Society was founded in 2012 as a tribute to The Honourable Madam Justice Bertha Wilson, the first woman appointed to the Ontario Court of Appeal, the first female Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, a companion of the Order of Canada, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
Peter Greene (’78) is the second member of Affleck Greene McMurtry to be inducted to the Bertha Wilson Honour Society. Fellow Dalhousie alumni, the Hon. David C, Dingwall, P.C., Q.C. (’79) was inducted in 2013.
