The Bureau wants to know about strategies that firms may use to hinder competition in areas including online search, social media, display advertising, and online marketplaces, which it hopes to use in its efforts to detect, investigate and fix anti-competitive conduct in the digital economy.
All information provided to the Bureau will be kept confidential and interested parties have until November 30, 2019 to provide input to the Bureau.
