David Vaillancourt quoted in Law Times article about enforceability of arbitration clauses in employment contracts

David Vaillancourt, a partner with Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP, was quoted in the Law Times article “Superior Court ruling good sign for enforceability of arbitration clauses in employment contracts.”

The article reported on a recent win for David’s client where the court enforced an arbitration clause in an executive employment agreement.
