David Vaillancourt appeared as a speaker at the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Section Spring Conference. David was a participant on a panel discussion entitled “Expanded Private Rights of Action for Reviewable Practices: What Should a New Regime Look Like?”. The panel discussed upcoming proposed changes to the abuse of dominance provisions of Competition Act, which will grant private parties the ability to sue dominant companies for anticompetitive conduct.
