The Ontario Superior Court of Justice awarded carriage of a class action into alleged price-fixing of packaged bread to a consortium of law firms including Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP. In his decision, Justice E.M. Morgan found that the consortium of four law firms with cases filed in six Canadian jurisdiction was best-placed to serve the needs of the putative class of plaintiffs alleging price-fixing of packaged bread in Canada.
