Shhh! No bid rigging in the library
Criminal charges have been laid against one company and six individuals for their alleged roles in a bid-rigging conspiracy. The conspiracy relates to federal government contracts for the supply of professional IT services to Library and Archives Canada. The Competition Bureau alleges that Microtime Inc., its owner and two of its employees, conspired to rig bids from April to September 2009.
